Karen & Brooke work in Property Management and Sales respectively & Ellen teaches special needs children in the GA public schools.  I am married to Al Bishop and together we share 12 grandchildren.  I opened my business in 1981 and have grown with the area with offices in Holden Beach, Oak Island, and Southport.  I own and operate Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS, with my business partner, S. R.
